Hannah Louise Vocal Studio 2015 Teachers

Hannah has been performing since she was 5 years old.  Throughout her life she has studied singing, dancing and acting.  After completing school she began a Bachelor of Jazz and Popular music at CQUni in 2010 in Rockhampton.  In 2011 she transferred to the CQUni Mackay campus to complete her degree in musical theatre.  In 2012 Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Theatre(Music Theatre). This gave her the confidence to open her own singing studio and Hannah Louise Vocal Studio officially opened in 2013.  This year Hannah is also teaching Tap dancing at International Dance Affair Mackay, she looks forward to getting her tap shoes back on as well as teaching voice and musical theatre.  

She looks forward to continue growing the studio and 2015 is looking to be a fun filled year!

Mrs Amber Clark

Singing and Drama Teacher 

Amber has almost twenty years experience in the music and performance industry.  Originally from Sydney she moved to Mackay in 2003.  From a young age Amber trained in Singing, Acting and Dance, she was a featured singer and dancer in the Senior Show group troupe of ‘Cool Kidz Song and Dance Company’ in Sydney for 8 years.  Amber studied a Certificate 4 in Music Theatre at Western Sydney Institute of TAFE after completing Grade 12.  She then decided to move to Mackay to complete her Bachelor of Music Theatre at CQCM.  After she completed her degree she has spent the past 7 years performing, teaching and creating music and theatre.  Amber is a cherished member of the Mackay performing arts industry and we welcome her again in 2015 to teach at Hannah Louise Vocal Studio.

 

Miss Ella Barresi

Student Teacher 

Developing a love for acting and dancing from the young age of three, Ella has always known that she would have a career that revolved around the performing arts. As her love for all things performance grew, Ella began singing lessons at 12 and never looked back. Now in the final year of her Bachelor of Music Theatre at CQCM Ella is very excited to start working with the Hannah Louise Vocal Studio as she begins her journey towards education in the arts. 

 

Miss Amie O'Callaghan

Drama and Instrumental Teacher

Born in Brisbane, Amie has been involved with music since the tender age of 5. Amie began formal instrumental lessons on Clarinet in 1992. In 1996, she began attending Mount Isa State High School and became actively involved in their music and drama programs, performing around the town and in the local eisteddfod with the choir, band, stage band and in school musicals and other drama performances. After graduating in 2000, Amie began to get involved in local theatres and bands, starting with the Mount Isa Theatrical Society’s production of Mort by Terry Pratchett, playing Princess Keli, and also playing with the Kelvin Grove Wind Orchestra, Mackay Youth Orchestra and Mackay Choral Society. From there, she’s been involved in many amateur plays and musicals.  Amie studied a Bachelor of Music Theatre from 2007 to 2009, where she performed a variety of roles in productions. After transferring to a Bachelor of Music in 2012 to finish her degree, she graduated in 2013. In 2015, Amie will be performing Lipstick Dreams as part of the Anywhere Festival and Beauty and the Beast with MMCP. She is looking forward to this new experience of teaching Clarinet, Saxophone and Drama at Hannah Louise Vocal Studio.
